The overall experience was really calming, and I felt very grounded after the session. The music provided- both the mix and the live instruments;
helped me dive deeply into myself and my inner monologue. It was a little hard to relax at first, but once I did, I felt amazing! I’d highly recommend this experience, especially if you’re going through stressful times and want to sit with your thoughts while also learning to let them go and realize there’s always an answer.

I really enjoyed the meditation and soundhealing. The setting with the fire place and warm blankets was cozy and great for an evening like this.

I took my husband to one of Chay’s Sound Sessions and we both absolutely loved it! The blend of traditional sound healing instruments and the music felt extra ethereal! Chay’s brief guided meditation at the beginning really helped set the scene, he’s got such a beautiful relaxing voice and calm energy. It was the first time my husband has done anything like this and I was so thrilled he enjoyed it as much as I did! Thank you Chay we loved it! 🙏🏼☺️❤️

I loved the tracks used during the mediation, the scents and the smells and really loved the use of wind chymes. I fell asleep and was able to fully switch off, which is near impossible for me.
